Emma Fairchild

Chapter President

Hi! My name is Emma Fairchild and I am from Chattanooga, TN. I am a junior majoring in Media and Communications, and double minoring in Appalachian Studies and Psychology. I joined Alpha Xi Delta as a freshman in the fall of 2018. Prior to serving as Chapter President, I held positions as Vice President of Communications and Tailgate Chair. When I’m not hanging out with sisters, I love to travel, cook, and go thrifting! Alpha Xi Delta has helped me become a better leader, student, and friend, as my sisters have constantly supported and encouraged me to be the best version of myself.

Claire Roberson

Chapter Life Vice President

Hi! My name is Claire, and I am from Rogersville, TN. I am a Univeristy Honors Scholar majoring in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health, and a minor in Global Health and Development. I proudly joined the Gamma Theta chapter in the Spring 2019 semester. Prior to serving on the Executive Board, I served our chapter as Housing Director and Sisterhood Director. This sisterhood has helped me grow exponentially and inspired me to realize my potential through the unconditional support and love from my sisters. I am so grateful to be a part of a sisterhood that inspires me daily!

Claudia Jarema

Hello, my name is Claudia Jarema and I’m currently a junior at East Tennessee State University. I’m Majoring in Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Marketing. I am originally from Roanoke, Virginia and joined the Gamma Theta chapter during Fall of 2018. The positions I have held are Sorority Relations Chair, External Marketing Director, and now I am Communications Vice President. I am so happy I get to serve along the best woman I have ever met and cannot wait to see what we accomplish in the upcoming year, TFJ!

Jaelyn Johnson

Finance and Operations Vice President

Hello! My name is Jaelyn Johnson and I am from Newland, NC. I am a junior majoring in Rehabilitation Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology. I joined Alpha Xi Delta in the Spring of 2020. I had the honor of being bid day chair for our Fall 20 class and was elected for my current position in December. I’m a huge true crime lover, shopping addict, and I love just hanging with my sisters. I’m so thankful for Alpha Xi Delta and for my sisters seeing my true potential and entrusting me to be a leader in this chapter. I cannot wait to see what we accomplish this year!

Emily Coleman

Membership Vice President

Hey, I’m Emily Coleman and I’m the Membership Vice President of Alpha Xi Delta, Gamma Theta Chapter!! I’m a sophomore from Knoxville, TN studying criminal justice with minors in both legal studies and political science! I joined Alpha Xi Delta in fall 2019 as a freshman! becoming a part of this chapter has been my best decision in college, by far! These sisters push me daily to realize my potential and grow into the best woman I can be! The values I learn though my sisters will follow me throughout my life! My role as Membership Vice President is to oversee all recruitment efforts both in the fall and spring! I am so so excited to help serve this sisterhood and to help ladies going through recruitment find their new forever home!!

Hi! I’m Taylor Shanks and I’m from Stoney Creek, TN. I am a sophomore at East Tennessee State University and majoring in Human Services with a minor in Educational Foundations. I joined Alpha Xi Delta in the Spring of 2019. Before I became Member Development VP, I was the Academic Achievement Director. I am also part of the Roan Scholars Leadership Organization. I am so happy to be part of such an amazing organization that promotes the value of friendship and pushes me to realize my highest potential daily!

Samantha Kulikowski

Philanthropy Vice President

Hi! My name is Samantha Kulikowski and I’m currently a sophomore at East Tennessee State University. I’m Majoring in Radiology. I am originally from Seymour, TN and joined the Gamma Theta chapter during Fall of 2019. The positions I have held are Parents Relations Director and Campus Relations Director, and now I am Philanthropy Vice President. I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, and shopping with sisters. Alpha Xi Delta has not only given me friends that will last a life time but also confidence and leader skills that will help me thrive in this position. I am looking forward to a great year with some amazing women! TFJ!

Hello, my name is Kara Hillman and I am a sophomore at East Tennessee State University. I am majoring in Chemistry on a Pre-Med track with a minor in Spanish. I joined the Gamma Theta chapter of Alpha Xi Delta in the Fall of 2020. This is the first position I have held within the chapter, and I am so excited to work with these wonderful women to see what we do together this year for our chapter!
